Novice (1-3 Years Experience)

  • Must be at least 5 years of age

  • Fully Toilet Trained (No Diapers or Pull ups)

  • Basic Level Instruction

  • Tuesdays / *Fridays*

  • 5:30pm-7:30pm

  • *5:00pm-6:00pm*

  • *Fridays are only if wrestling in Tournament that weekend*

Part-Time Open (3-5 Years Experience)

  • At Least 3 Years Experience

  • High Level Practice

  • Detailed Instruction Based Wrestling

  • Mondays & Fridays

  • 5:00pm-7:30pm

Full-Time Open (8 Years or Older)

  • At Least 8 Years of Age

  • High School & College Level Practices

  • High Intense Training

  • Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

  • 5:00pm-8:00pm
